Passionate interior decorator launches business named after Saltmarsh Coast

Tania Dadd, a resident that has lived in Maldon for 24 years, opened her interior business, Saltmarsh Interiors, on October 27, in Kings Head Centre Courtyard.

The business promises to offer ‘every aspect’ of home improvement services such as interior design building advice, kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, curtains and blinds, and even decluttering and colour consultancy.

Saltmarsh Interiors is named after the picturesque saltmarsh coastline which stretches up to 75 miles around the Maldon area.

Trained at Chelsea College of Arts and St Martins London, Tania has twenty years of experience in the renovation and design industry.

The creative spoke about the newly opened business.

She said: “Interiors are my passion, whether it’s one room or a whole house no job is too big or small.

“The studio has been designed for anyone to pop in and have an informal chat over a cup of tea or coffee, there are sample books for fabric, wallpaper and paint to browse whilst discussing any design requirements.”
