Tiptree Patisserie sweeps multiple awards at Great British Food Awards

Tiptree Patisserie, part of the Wilkin & Sons family, is the home of handmade cakes, biscuits and other baked goods. 

Famous for its Tiptree jam the artisan bakery and patisserie based in Crittall Road, have now wowed judges at the Great British Food Awards. 

Four of their products won five awards, including bronze awards for their vegan Bakewell and lavender shortbread biscuits, as well as silver for their carrot cake in two categories and their chocolate brownie cheesecake.

“This was the first year we entered, and we couldn’t believe our outstanding results.

The patisserie prides itself on the quality of the used ingredients and the individual skill and attention that goes into every baked good. 

Next to cakes, biscuits and cookies the team bakes quiches freshly daily and serves between Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
