A spokesman for the fayre said: “This year we have received a fantastic number of sponsors for the Maldon Christmas Fayre.
“Our team of organisers would not be able to run this event without your generosity.
“This event is free and continues to be so because of the donations made by the local businesses of Maldon so if you would like to support local businesses, come along on Thursday, November 30 for a great evening of fun, shopping and entertainment.”
The event starts at 4pm on Thursday, November 30 with the Christmas lights switch on happening at 5pm.
The event will continue well into the evening until 9pm, with High Street shops staying open for late night shopping.
