This area of the development is part of the wider North Heybridge Garden Suburb scheme to deliver 262 properties on a 20-acre site off Broad Street Green Road.

Homes set to be built include a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Westcombe Park represents the second phase of the Heybridge Garden suburb development, which is set to deliver more than 1,000 new homes across five phases.

The first properties are expected to go on sale early next year, with prices yet to be confirmed.

There will be allocated parking or a garage with each home.

This phase is the second of five residential phases to be delivered by Bellway.
